i think this is so very important. it’s surprising how many of us settle for less.

What do you eat on a daily basis?! And how long do you think it took you to get to the weight you are now?
I worked out a lot my freshman year and I did naturally gain like 6 pounds, but I got my tonsils out and had a ton of complications at the end of last year, so I couldn’t eat anything for 1/1.5 months and lost 16 pounds from that. I’ve just been working out and eating healthy since though ! As for eating I just eat 3 meals a day and I try not to snack or eat at night ! 😊
